Day 2 Get set to revel in the mesmeric ambiance of Goa! North Goa is replete with imposing forts, ancient temples, stunning churches, exhilarating party places, famous shacks, buzzing flea markets, lavish casinos and a whole host of other attractions. Head out for Dona Paula Beach! At a distance of only 7 kms from Panjim and at the confluence of the Zuari and Mandovi rivers, Dona Paula Beach is popular as Lovers' Paradise. Stretches of lush green palm trees, gleaming sand and availability of many water activities make this beach a compelling visit. Cabo Raj Bhavan, the official residence of the Governor of Goa, National Oceanography Institute, Marine Biology Museum and Taxonomy Reference Centre are other attractions that make the area one of Goa's finest tourist destinations. Go to Baga Beach to enjoy Motorboat Ride, Scuba Diving, Jet Skiing, Water Skiing, Banana Ride, River Cruise, Dolphin Trip, Windsurfing and Water Scooter! Have exciting times and party late into the night by visiting the hang-outs located right on the beach! Later, go to Fort Aguada, which is located at the southern tip of Candolim beach! Symbolizing a typical Portuguese military architecture, Aguada Fort hangs over the confluence of Mandovi River and the Arabian Sea. This beautiful red-brown fort houses the Central Jail and a 19th century lighthouse. Just sit back, relish the revitalizing sea breeze and see the sun disappearing into the endless ocean! If time permits, go to Mae de Deus Church at Saligao, which is situated in the Bardez Taluka! With the miraculous statue of Mae de Deus (Mother of God) inside the building, Mae de Deus Church represents one of the prettiest examples of the neo-gothic style of architecture. Built in the year 1873, the church with its captivating dome-shaped exteriors and well-carved interiors enchants one and all. If you wish, you can go to explore flea markets in the evening where you can find everything from beachwear to delicious prawns and beer! Today have a full-day sightseeing tour of South Goa! South Goa signifies a rich fusion of striking sandy beaches, imposing churches, glorious temples, glimpses into Portuguese culture, incredible seafood, pure lush greenery and an irrefutable romantic ambiance. Go to Palolem Beach, one of the most picturesque beaches in South Goa! Palolem Beach is situated in Canacona in South Goa. Full of lively beach shacks and swaying palm trees, the place radiates a chilled-out party vibe. Indulge yourself in Canoeing, Trekking, Dolphin Spotting, Silent Discos, Yoga, Kayaking, Scuba diving and Turtle Spotting! You can go to Butterfly Beach, which is secluded but pristine. You can see a world of butterflies, which can be seen fluttering around the lush vegetation that lines the shore. Three Kings Church is an ancient church, situated in the village of Cansaulim. The church symbolizes local unique architectural style. You can have Dudhsagar Waterfall in your itinerary. Located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park, Dudhsagar Waterfall takes you to another world, with its milky white waters cascading down from a height of over 300 metres. Later, go to BigFoot Museum! The museum is a one-stop destination to know the traditional way of life of the local people and enriches your knowledge with different facets of Goa's rich cultural heritage. You can see for yourself different traditional crafts like pottery, weaving and tile-making and watch live demonstrations by skilled artisans. Later in the evening, go to a jazzy bar to relish the nigh-life of Goa!
